Hi there!

Today is the Summer Solstice which means that we have both the longest day and the shortest night of the year. Today is also the official start of summer. Do you have any Solstice rituals? I’m going to yoga.

Meagan Woods is leading a Summer Solstice Moving Meditation at the Hyatt Sundial on the Waterfront at Exchange Place at 7:30pm. It will be a series of sun salutations. Maybe I’ll see you there! It’s a nice way to invite in the new season.

If you’re looking for community and menopause support, check out the Menopause Meet Up tab. It has information about the group. You’ll also learn who the next speaker will be and how to sign up. This is a free in-person group that meets monthly. Last month we had a lively discussion with Mollie Busino about sleep. In July Erin Kumpf will be explaining how to use acupuncture to manage menopause symptoms. I had anxiety and heart palpitations, and acupuncture was a life saver.

Under the Offerings tab, you’ll find ways to work with me one on one. If you need a little support around one specific issue, my Foundation Session is perfect. And the nice thing is that I will tailor it specifically for you. I really believe in individual attention. We are all different. You’ll never get a cookie cutter treatment from me.

If you want a deep dive and are ready to explore your habits and how they impact your menopause than my 12- Week Wellness Program is for you. There’s an outline on the website but once again, it can be tailored to work for you. I will customized it for you.
