Happy 4th + Back to what I love
Jersey City
July 4, 2025
Hi there!
Happy July 4th! Enjoy the long weekend. Time for fireworks, friends, family and fun!
I have something special that I want to share with you before I start my weekend.
I’ve been working on this for a while and I’m excited that it’s finally ready. So…
Maybe you remember when I was offering massage? Maybe I massaged you when you were pregnant.
I closed my massage practice three years ago. I moved from massage to menopause. It was absolutely the right thing to do; however, I miss massage, (maybe you do too) and I’ve been trying to find a way back but in a different way.
Why not combine the two things that I love, massage & coaching?
So many of the symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause are linked to the nervous system. Stress, anxiety, heart palpitations, headaches and even hot flashes can be eased when the nervous system is regulated. One of the benefits of massage is that it regulates your nervous system. What a great way to manage your symptoms. I’ve decided to take this a step further.
I’ve combined an hour of massage with 40 minutes of menopause (perimenopause) coaching to give you the tools, support and advice you need. It’s the perfect combo. It’s also a good way to get coaching without making a big commitment.
I’m calling this new offering: The M & M Package.
Your massage will happen at 109 Christopher Columbus Ave in Jersey City. The coaching will be online.
I just ask that you book your massage and your coaching within the same week. For more information and to schedule your appointment click here.
If you have any questions, please call me (201) 927-0648.
I hope you’re as excited about this as I am!
Be well,
Laura

And more...
· When I was in perimenopause and suffering from heart palpitations and anxiety, the only thing that helped was acupuncture. If you are curious about what acupuncture is and how it works and if it can help you, then come to our next JC Menopause Meet Up. Erin Kumpf will be our guest speaker. She is amazing. And you’ll get free access and information to your menopause questions. Don’t miss it. It’s July 8th at 6:30pm. Go here for more info.
· The temperature just keeps going up and I don’t think that’s going to change. The CDC has a free HeatRisk tool that allows you to put in your zip code & find out whether your local area is at risk along with suggestions for staying cool. This info came from the Your Local Epidemiologist newsletter, which recently published a very informative issue about the risks associated with high heat, links to a list of medications that may make people more vulnerable to heat, etc. I think it’s worth checking out.
· And finally, I hope this makes you smile
