Salmon Rice Bowl

Ingredients

4 oz of salmon

1 cup cooked rice

½ avocado

¼ shredded carrots

¼ cup of sliced cucumbers

¼ cup peas

2 radishes, sliced

1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari, or coconut aminos)

2 tbsp Mayo

2 tsp Sriracha

Directions

1.    Cut salmon in to 1-inch pieces and cook (bake, broil, or quick sauté)

2.    Place rice in the bowl first.

3.    Layer cooked salmon and rest of the veggies

4.    Stir together the mayo, sriracha and soy sauce.

5.    Drizzle over the bowl.
