I’m Laura Lacey. I’ve been a certified nutritionist since 2010. I understand the science of food and the importance of macros, micros, and water. I also know that everyone is different. We all have different body types, metabolisms and food preferences. Some people have allergies and medical conditions that influence what they can and cannot eat. And your nutritional goals are uniquely yours. My nutrition coaching is always individually tailored. Working with you to help you to reach your desired outcome.
Eating is more than consuming calories to stay alive. Eating is about community and celebrations. Eating should be sensual and fun!
I’d like to help you meet your goals around food no matter no matter what concerns you may have. Maybe you have digestive issues or hormonal issues, or you just want to tweak your diet so it’s healthier. Together let’s make you healthy and eating food fun again.

We’ll start with an introduction where you learn a little about me and I learn about you and we decide if we’re a good match and if I can help you.
Then you decide how you want to work with me. Do you need a little help or a deep dive? You can always start small and scale up.
Pricing…
One hour coaching is $120. I require a minimum of 2 hours; one hour a week for 2 weeks. Real change takes time. You can opt to work with me for 2 hours, 1 month or 3 months. You can also work with me for a month and take a break and come back. I offer flexibility but I require commitment.
