Mango Sorbet

This is my go-to when I want a cold sweet dessert that’s easy to make and so satisfying. It’s also dairy-free! If you like ice cream but it doesn’t like you, you’re going to love this!

I made this with mangoes, but you can switch it up and make it with strawberries or a combination of fruits and strawberries. It can also be made with either fresh or frozen fruit. If you are using fresh, you’ll have to freeze before you puree.

One Ingredient:

3 ripe mangoes or 2 packages of frozen mangoes

Directions:

1.    If you’re using fresh mangoes, then peel them and cut them into large chunks.

2.    Put the mangoes in a plastic bag or on a baking sheet and freeze them.

3.    For fresh or frozen mangoes: Remove from freezer and let them stand for about 10 minutes to soften.

4.    Transfer them to a food processor and pulse until they are the consistency of soft serve ice cream.

5.    Enjoy immediately or put them in a container in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy.
