Did you know that food choices you make at this special time can impact your baby’s growth and development? And they also affect how you feel. Conditions like nausea, high blood pressure and gestational diabetes can all be regulated by what you eat.

Details:

Classes are 1 hour a week for 4 weeks. All classes are virtual for your conveniece. We will meet on Zoom. Group size is limited so there will always be time for questions at the end of each class. Classe is on Saturday at 10:00 am EST.
